Before you assign it

Review the video before your patient sees it.

Check the movement, instructions, and dosage together. Make the change while the exercise is in front of you, then save the version you want in your library.

1

The movement

Does the exercise look the way you teach it?

2

The instructions

Do the cues say what you would say in the clinic?

3

The dosage

Are the sets and reps right for this patient?

4

Then save

You decide when the exercise is ready to use.

Your exercise library

Build your own exercise library.

Save the exercises you create and use them again in future HEPs. Keep the setup, progression, and instructions that belong with each version.

1

Save what you create

Every exercise you make is saved to your library.

2

Reuse it in any HEP

Add it to another patient's program when it fits.

3

Keep each version

Keep a separate version for each setup, progression, or set of instructions.

What your patient sees

Your patient opens the HEP from one link.

Share the program by link or QR code, and it opens in the browser with each exercise video, your cue, and the dosage, with no account or app. Anyone with the link can view it, so share it only with your patient.

1

Opens from a link or QR code

Send it from the clinic or hand it over at the end of the visit.

2

Video and instructions together

Each exercise carries the video and instructions you selected.

3

Dosage with every exercise

The sets and reps you chose stay with the exercise they belong to.
